1. Overall, houses followed by land were the most inquired property types in Cebu.

2. Other than houses, seekers across the country had varied preferences for properties in Cebu.

3. Demand for properties for sale in Cebu is dynamic, attracting large shares of leads across varying price segments.

4. Rental demand was most concentrated in affordable segments.

5. Property seekers both in the Philippines and overseas were interested in mostly the same cities in Cebu.

6. After Cebu City, Cebu-based property seekers were most interested in Lapu-lapu listings in 3Q 2021.

7. Aligned with general trends, Cebu based seekers were predominantly young (18-34) and mostly female.
