PH Market in 2023 by the Numbers, Foreseeing What’s In-store for 2024

Based on KB Realty Group data, condominiums were the most popular property type in the National Capital Region (NCR) throughout 2023. Properties for rent on the real estate platform have also picked up since 2Q 2022. This is because more workers have returned onsite and they might be looking for places to live near workplaces. 

Meanwhile, house and lot situated in the CALABARZON region remained the most-viewed property type in 2023. With its proximity to Metro Manila, Cavite is the most-viewed location in CALABARZON for condo properties, solidifying its potential for increased demand for vertical developments.

More property seekers are expected to settle and find properties on the outskirts of Metro Manila this 2024. As a result, the completion of various public transportation projects like the LRT-1 Cavite Extension will cut the commute time of residents to the Metro. 

Webinar participants will learn more about the 2024 projections and can expect thorough discourse on related topics like technology and sustainability in the real estate market.

The province of Cavite continues to develop and urbanize in order to decentralize Metro Manila. With Cavite’s condo demand on the rise, property buyers can capitalize on its value appreciation by investing early.
