Garcia added that the Marriott Bonvoy card gives residents access to luxurious Marriott hotels around the world. “Every accommodation that you book using the Marriott Bonvoy card earns you points,” he said. An elite cardholder who gains a certain amount of points can get discounts on different hotels.
Because of how they’re designed, the one-bedroom, two-bedroom, three-bedroom, and penthouse units in The Residences at The Westin Manila Sonata offer the same experience as a Westin hotel, according to Garcia.
Every element in the unit features high-end furnishings and fixtures. For instance, in the kitchen, the appliances and kitchen cupboards are from Gaggenau and Leicht. For bathroom fixtures, the residence uses the high-end brand Duravit and Hansgrohe.

We also have Handel Architects, an architectural firm famous for their notable projects that include Lincoln Square in New York and Ritz Carlton in downtown Washington.”
He added, “The roster will not be complete without having two of the country’s most established trusted design and structural firms on board. I’m sure W.V. Coscolluela & Associates rings a bell. They’re the group behind the remarkable design of Robinsons Equitable Tower, also in Ortigas, and the famous Zuellig Building in Makati.”
Sy^2 + Associates, a structural engineering firm known for developing high-end projects, is also part of the team that developed The Residences at The Westin Manila Sonata.

“Aside from our existing promos that include promotional payment terms that slash .5 percent in the total contract price, we also offer as much as four percent discount on featured units,” Garcia said.
